The old custom home west of former Ottawa - Ottawa Senators player Mike Fisher and his wife, country singer Carrie Underwood, was sold, according to their real estate agent.

The single-family house in 1135 Spruce Ridge Rd. has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has a garage, patio and fireplace.

The house was listed first in June but reportedly, the price had fallen from $ 2,200,000 to $ 1,950,000 in November.

Fisher and Underwood had the house built on a land of 11 hectares, surrounded by trees, in 2010. But Fisher was soon transferred to Nashville, where Underwood lived often in the spring of 2011.

According to the list of Paul Rushforth Real Estate Inc., the house has a “romantic master bedroom with closet space think that is conceivable only by the imagination.”

There is also an enclosed with its own fireplace, fully finished lower level with a wine cellar, home theater, bar, home gym and locker storage, according to the announcement porch.

Fisher continues to play in Nashville, where no doubt wanted to live after marrying Underwood, with his current contract, which ends in 2015.
