Staten Island Country Music fans will have the opportunity of a lifetime this summer, as 30 rural artists perform at the Barefoot Country Music Festival in Wildwood, New Jersey, about 120 miles south of the island.
The three-day event, scheduled for June 19 and 21, will begin in the summer the right way on the southern coast of New Jersey.
This is the opening event, and it is expected to be very familiar and will take place on the Lincoln Avenue Beach, according to a press release. The artists will perform in multiple stages over an area of 27 acres. The event organizers said it will be the largest open-air rural music festival in the northeast.
Big stars like Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Dan + Shay and Fillmore. Track Adkins has also been added to this mix.
